C/R:UEW TO STUDY CHINESE LANGUAGE

 

The University of Education, Winneba to study Chinese Language as a course after signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Confucius Institute Of Ghana.

Speaking to Ghone News Yaw Boagyan after the signing a Memorandum of Understanding at Winneba,the Director of The Confucius Institute Of Ghana Jimin Wang explained the need for various Universities in Ghana to adapt the Study of Chinese Language.

He said,it’s needful to introduce the Chinese Language in Ghana since it’s becoming dominant in most of the Countries.

According to him,most of the Countries are requesting for the Chinese Language in their Universities.

He encouraged all Students in the University of Education Winneba to enroll massively into the learning of the Chinese Language when introduced.

Meanwhile,the Vice Chancellor of University of Education, Winneba Prof Afful Broni also hinted that, it’s time Various Universities to also includes Chinese Language in their course.

He said,The introduction of the Chinese Language into the University will promote the relationship between the University and the Chinese Speaking Countries.

He said,many students have been requested for Chinese Language to be introduce in the University.
